I'm Inez and I'm a Holistic Health and Wellness Advocate based in Carroll County, Maryland!

After almost 2 decades in the corporate environment, I grew weary of working for "The Man" and now here I am, a very happy small business owner, bringing wellness to the community through bodywork, energy work, and a few other holistic therapies, including: an Infrared Sauna with Chromotherapy, Red Light/Infrared Light LED Light therapy, and newly offering PEMF and FIR therapy with my heated gemstone mat! Thriving wellness, pain relief and balance is the name of the game here at Zen Kneads.

I treat out of my home studio located close to the idyllic and tranquil area of Liberty Reservoir. My focus is on a truly therapeutic, healing, and educational experience, where you are empowered to pilot your own wellness path.

I have been fortunate enough to experience Inez and her "magical hands" a few times. She gave me my first Reiki treatment a few years ago. I was skeptical at first, I admit. Upon completion I sat up and IMMEDIATELY I noticed a difference. The next morning I woke up with ZERO PAIN! I thought I had died as I can not remember the last time I awoke without pain.
